Question 1: The color I want isn’t listed. Can I request a custom color?
Answer: Yes, absolutely, with no extra charge! However, you will need to contact us 🙂
Question 2: What are the manufacturing and delivery times?
Answer: As of September 13, 2026, please allow 10 to 14 business days for manufacturing and shipping.
Question 3: Why are shipping rates to the USA slightly higher?
Answer: The price includes both shipping costs and customs fees.
Question 4: Where are the organizers made?
Answer: In France, near the Swiss and German borders.
Question 5: Is it possible to see the manufacturing process of the organizers?
Answer: Coming soon! We are currently developing an in-house solution that will allow you to watch your organizer being created in real time (using the printer’s built-in camera) 🙂
Question 6: Do you sell the organizer’s digital file?
Answer: We might! It’s something we’re considering. If you’re interested, feel free to contact us through the contact form.
